Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Skin Reactions / Sensitivity
We are not responsible for individual skin reactions. Please review ingredients carefully before purchase. Refunds are not issued for used products.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at store@ungnova.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
